Good, but cannot dissable hot edges/corners.
I like this app a lot and expected to install it on all my computers going forward. So far it’s worked well with my multiple displays. The keyborad shortcuts (which are adjustible) are great.
My one request would be the ability to dissable the hot corners / snap edges. I use the mouse as infrequently as I possible and Magnet’s keyboard shortcuts are great by themselves. With proficiency using keyboard shortcuts, taking the extra time to grab the mouse to move a window means the actions are deliberate and cannot be preformed by Magnet; I don’t want Magnet interfearing. But there are no options to dissable hot corners/edges. Magnet has two sets of preferences: change keyborad shortcuts and launch at login. There is also one non preference option is “ignore
Magnet is very clean and simple. For that reason I would reccomend it to someone who will drag windows to edges or corner to have them resize in place beautifuly. For me, and any others that want to use keyboard shortcuts, or have more flexability with what the window maneger is doing I’ll recoment BetterSnapTool which can dissable hot edges and has many other options.
